Day 2 and Pump

Body pump was once one of my favorite classes to do at the gym then I stopped getting up early to go and all of a sudden it has been many months since I have gone to a pump class.  I have been dreading going back because I know I will be sore after missing for so long.  Well this morning was the morning that I decided to go back to pump.  Oh wow!  My legs were so shaky afterwards that I had to talk myself into walking normally out of the class and out of the gym--of course then you forget how to walk normal and I'm sure I looked ridiculous walking out of there!  But hey I did it and I am done.  Day 2 of eating went well except I was walking up the back stairs at work after warming up my lunch of fish and veggies when I tripped up the steps!  I'm sure it was due to not being able to pick up my legs after pump this morning!  My fish went flying out of the container and fell on the floor--don't think I didn't think 5 second rule but considering I work at a school and there are germs galore there I threw it away and ate my mixed veggies, banana and yogurt that I hadn't had time to eat earlier in the day.  And don't think I didn't immediatley come home and take that fish out of My Fitness Pal!
